It started with sport. A camera on the sideline, a laptop running late into the night, and the realisation that the right cut could make a moment hit twice as hard the second time you saw it.
Years on, that's still the whole idea. I shoot and edit end to end, from a fast-turnaround social cut to a full documentary, for teams, agents and brands across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and wherever the story takes me. Bond University, the Brisbane Lions, the Dolphins, the Queensland Firebirds, Shell V-Power Racing and Coastal. Different worlds, same job every time: make something people actually want to watch.
There's another side to it too. I run live replay for broadcast sport, most recently the Water Polo World Cup Finals that went out on Kayo, NBC and free-to-air across Europe. It means I know how to work fast under pressure and never miss the moment, and I bring that same instinct to every project I shoot and cut myself.
